How did you get started with bodybuilding/fitness?
I was always into it, but as my dance career began I started taking my fitness more seriously and I fell in love with the whole lifestyle.
How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?
I stay motivated by competing with myself only, and to succeed in creating the best version of me.

What is your training routine like?
I work out around 6 days a week. I like to mix things up almost each time. I start out with about 20′ of cardio either step or elliptical, then I spend about 45′ to an hour working out specific body parts, mostly the glutes, using either free weights or the machines. I finish off with a cool down including stretching exercises.
What are your three favourite exercises?
Anything that works out the glutes, such as squats and kickbacks. I also like doing planks to strengthen my abs.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
My favourite form of cardio is the elliptical machine, as well as the step machine.
What is your diet like?
My diet consists mainly of high quality protein, complex carbs and healthy fats containing omega 3.

What is your favourite meal?
Low fat Greek yogurt mixed with oatmeal and berries, topped with chia seeds.
What supplements do you use?
I use Whey Isolate to feed my muscles, a vitamin C supplement to maintain my health because working out causes stress to the body. Also I add Collagen to my diet since it has a lot of benefits for the skin and joints.
