How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I got started with bodybuilding only 2 years ago (in December 2012)… well, I grew up in a military family (my father was a colonel) so from my childhood diet, I was disciplined and athletic mannered. From childhood I have also played tennis professionally but at an ATP Tournament during my game I got injured which ended my tennis career. After recovering I continued doing cardio and light weight training. In the last 8 years I have been living in England were professional English IFBB athletes discovered me while training and told me about bodybuilding. They were amazed about my already defined shape, my abs and the unique symmetry of my body. So I liked the idea to set my mind on it and to put effort in a new sport which I really fell in love with by now and work on getting successful. I always set my standards high for myself in the gym and the hard work was never a problem for me.

Although fitness, well-being and beauty are very important to me. Studies and sports were always important in my life. I always put my standards high in the gym to get successful. At the beginning my aim was to motivate people to feel and look good doing sports and following a healthy lifestyle.

How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?

Well now I work as a personal trainer so my clients, also my amazing fans who give me strength every day with their ‘likes’, love, respect and kindness, following and supporting me and my career, and the fact that I am getting closer and closer every day to my dreams, now I have no time to rest or look back only going forward to prove to myself that I deserve this place among the best team of athletes in Europe, not only that but to be number one, which I already see it coming very soon.

What is your training routine like?

I like to train intense, old school style with heavy weights. I work out 5 days a week, I do cardio in the morning and weight training in the afternoon.

  • Day 1: Legs
  • Day 2: Abs & Chest
  • Day 3: Back
  • Day 4: Shoulders & Abs
  • Day 5: Biceps, Triceps & Glutes

If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Sit-ups for abs, walking lunges and squats for legs and glutes. They’re really working!

Competition history:

My first competition was 2 years ago (December 2012) I started to do Fitness Modeling and competing as a Fitness Model in IFBB (International Federation of BodyBuilding). My first competition was the IFBB Arnold Classic Europe in Spain 2013 October, I got qualified and placed 6th in the Bikini Fitness category tall class.

This year in March 2014 I decided to compete in a higher category at the American Arnold Classic Columbus, Ohio and I got awarded 3rd getting the bronze medal as the best European Athlete in Figure tall class ‘E’.

My last competition was in June 2014, the World Cup in Hungary (1st place), and September 2014, Fitparade in Budapest, Hungary (1st place).

  • October 2013: IFBB Arnold Classic Europe Fitness Model tall class 6th place, Madrid, Spain
  • March 2014: IFBB Arnold Classic USA Figure tall class 3rd place, Columbus, Ohio
  • June 2014: Sportfest World Cup 1st place, Budapest, Hungary
  • September 2014: Fitparade 1st place, Budapest, Hungary

Nowadays I am preparing for my next competitions in 2015, the most important ones for me are the IFBB American Arnold Classic and the IFBB World Championship. Please support and think of me! 😉

What is your favourite form of cardio?

I love doing the stepper.

What is your diet like?

In the off-season I have a strategy plan to stay sexy and pretty not in competition shape but close to 70-80%. This makes me able to represent my sponsors at any time in case of a photo shoot or marketing event, that is why I am the companies’ favorite girl. 😉

My off-season diet plan is very similar to my pre-contest plan which is as follows:

I eat a lot of vegetables and chicken. In the morning I prefer egg whites. I eat 6-7 meals throughout the day and drink a lot of water. I never eat junk food. I use preworkout supplements usually a shot, and post workout I like some rice cakes together with a protein shake.

My diet:

Meal 1

50g Oatmeal
Whey protein shake
10g Nuts
Vitamins with fatburner before workout

Meal 2

(Within 10 minutes after a workout)

Protein shake
3 Rice wafers

Meal 3

10 Egg whites
250g Chicken with sliced over vegetables and green salad (no dressing)
50g Rice
Glutamine-creatine combo

Meal 4

2 Pieces of fruit + Iso Whey protein which has essential amino acids BCAA and L-glutamine included which my body needs

Meal 5

250g Chicken + 10g Nuts

Meal 6

250g Chicken with rice or fish with vegetables

Meal 7

Casein shake to give my body instant supply of whey protein during the night because of its complex whey component

I drink 3-4 liters of water a day, I usually mix it with glutamine cause it adds a nice flavor to my healthy water.

What supplements do you use?

Multivitamin, BCAA, Glutamine, Whey Protein, Preworkout formula, Creatine, Casein, and when I’m preparing for a competition I stop with the creatine and start using fatburners and also L-Carnitine.

In the off-season I use a lot of whey protein because it covers many of my essential needs such as proper amount of protein which my body needs + the extra added BCAA & Glutamine formula.

What are the highlights of your fitness career?

My fans and to achieve such a big success as to get 3rd at the American Arnold Classic as the best European Athlete in the tall class in such a short time, only 1 year after I started working out with weights.

What are your future plans?

Keep working hard on transforming my physique. I know I will not stop at nothing to reach my full potential and become a true Professional Athlete, Bodyfitness Figure competitor, ‘advertising face’ in the near future and bring in another 10,000 serious fitness and bikini fans into the industry.
