How did you get started with bodybuilding?
At age 20 my weight was 59 kg. My father came to congratulate me for my 20th birthday, which I had not seen since childhood. He at that time was engaged in bodybuilding. He first took me to the gym. Then it all started!
What keeps you motivated?
I am motivated by self-set goals. Self-improvement, development, hardening. Competition motivates me to be better.

- Day2: Legs
- Day3: Cardio
- Day4: Delts & Triceps
- Day5: Back
- Day6: Cardio
- Day7: Rest
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
- Bench Press
- Seated Bench Press
- Squats
When doing these exercises I feel more pain after my workouts.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
Stepper and bodybike
What is your diet like?
The last competition preparation period I had 4500 calories per day, I had 100 grams of fats, 220 grams of carbs and about 500 grams of protein per day. Offseason I have more carbs and less protein.
What supplements do you use?
I prefer pre-workout supplements, casein, whey protein, boosters, aminos, bcaa’s, multi vitamins.
