How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I first started lifting weights properly at 18 to gain muscle for rugby and the owner of my local Supplement store noticed me growing very fast and suggested bodybuilding.
What keeps you motivated?
Seeing myself change in the mirror and watching my strength increase.

What is your current workout routine?
- Monday: Quads (AM), hamstrings (PM)
- Tuesday: Chest, biceps, calves
- Wednesday: Delts, calves
- Thursday: Back
- Friday: Hamstrings
- Saturday: Arms
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Squat, bench press and chin ups. I always say when you get strong on those 3 exercises you will have a great body.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
Fasted low intensity of a morning

What is your diet like?
Off season, having a very fast metabolism I eat as many calories as possible (both good and bad) and for a contest I reduce carbohydrates every fortnight and cycle them on training and rest days.
What supplements do you use?
I take the following supplements all year round:
WPI pre contest, weight gainer off season, Amino acids, L glutamine all year.
