A high protein diet has several health benefits that we don’t even consider. Most people look at protein as just a muscle building ingredient but it goes far beyond that. The amount of protein you should intake per day has been debated for centuries but the data tells us that a diet of 1-1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight will give us the health benefits we desire.
