Relationships are hard to understand they take a lot of patience and understanding on both sides of the table. I know a thing or two about relationships after all I’ve been married and in a relationship with the same girl for over 23 years! I’ve come to understand what it takes in order for a relationship to not only be healthy on the outside but on the inside as well.

Read on as the Superman of fitness himself puts you in perfect ailment with cupid’s arrow!

Arrow #1: Respect

This is very important that’s why I choose it as the first arrow if you don’t respect your wife, girlfriend, husband or boyfriend then your relationship will be toxic. Respect is so important that I believe it is the glue in a relationship. Show respect to the one you love and don’t be afraid to expect the same in return. When partners respect one another a beautiful foundation can grow without it the relationship will crumble.

Arrow #2: Trust

Here is another important factor and that’s trust. When you trust your partner anxiety’s on both sides diminish because you’re not allowing yourself to worry if the other is being faithful. I always said a relationship without trust is like going to church with no faith. Learning to trust one another will create a happiness and peace between the both of you.

Arrow #3: Affection

I love affection as a guy with muscles and a macho attitude I can never get enough affection but it has to be both ways. When you hug and kiss your partner you are watering your own garden and will reap the benefits. I believe affection by itself can rid the body mind and soul of deadly toxins, a hug goes a long way.

Arrow #4: Passion

Passion is great it’s hot, it’s steamy, it’s what keeps you coming back for more. In my eyes there is no limit to passion I say the hotter the better! Passion is always strong at first and for some can diminish in time but don’t let that happen keep it hot and spicy and don’t be afraid to try something new!

Arrow #5: Love

Here it is the big boy of all arrows it’s love. They say love conquers all wars are fought over love and lives are taken over love. It’s the most powerful four letter word above all. But friends love is not enough it doesn’t guarantee happiness in a relationship but what it does do is allow a person to truly search their inner soul. Love is like a warm breeze in front of an ocean it pulls you in it gives you something to live for because with love anything is possible.
