2016 Spring Into Action 8 Week Super Shred! 5 Rules To Be Shredded By Summer! - By Anthony Catanzaro

Spring is just around the corner and so is the beach BBQ’s and bikinis so there is no way to hide all that body fat you put on over the winter! Well never fear “The Superman of Fitness” is here with an “8 week Super Shred Plan” to get you that “Super Shredded” body just in time for summer!

Here are my 5 rules to the plan!

Rule #1 Diet:

You’re not going to get anywhere without a solid diet plan which consist of good quality Protein like chicken breast, lean meat, fish whey protein and yogurt, Low wholesome complex Carbs like vegetables, fruits and whole grains and moderate amounts of healthy fats like avocados, olive oil and nuts. You’re also going to need to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day if you have a shake that is considered a meal. Rule #2 Training:

Training is also key you can’t get shredded without a good solid training program of weight training 4 times a week with a good steady cardio program daily. When you lift weight do not do the same workout over and over switch up your body parts and don’t forget to train your abdominals first at least 3 times per week. Rule #3 Water:

Water is crucial to life and it’s even more crucial if you’re looking to tighten and tone your body. Water flushes out all the impurities out of your system. It helps with digestion and helps speed up your metabolism. To make sure you’re getting enough water is simple just divide your bodyweight in half and that is how many ounces of water you need to drink daily so for instance if you weigh 180 lbs you need to drink 90 oz. of water.

Rule #4 Cardio:

Cardio is very important because it speeds up your metabolism and burns body fat. I see people all the time on the cardio machine for days this is very bad because too much cardio will actually cause your body to store fat instead of losing it because your body will go into a safety mode and lose muscle instead of body fat. A good rule of thumb is to do cardio on a daily basis but no more than 20-30 minutes daily.

Rule #5 Stay Focused:

It’s very easy to get off track during your 8 week journey. A lot of people fall off track because they let outside factors and stress of daily life come in and affect them. In order to succeed on this plan you must be 100% focused and committed you must remain on your set course every day for 8 weeks without fail for every day you follow the plan brings you closer and closer to your goal of having the best beach body of your life!

Well there you have it! My 8 week Super Shred plan to a “Super Shredded” summer!
