Location: I’m originally from Brazil. I used to live in UK for about 4 years. I’m currently living in Spain.

How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I got started by chance. I came from a different background: Ballet, Gymnastics and Aerobics. I didn’t know anything about the Fitness industry until being approached on a beach in South Brazil by one of the best Fitness coaches there. This happened in December 2006. I was not really intending to compete although my appearance at that time was pretty much like an athlete.
This Brazilian coach encouraged me to compete and then my debut was in 2007 and I won everything: Brazilian champion, overall South America champion and World Champion.

How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?
My passion for sports, my appreciation for life, my care with my health and my mental strength.

What is your training routine like?
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: Weight training and cardio
- Tuesday: Yoga and stretching
- Wednesday: Swimming
- Thursday: Cross fit and stretching
- Saturday: Cross fit
- Sunday: Yoga, cardio or swimming (sometimes I take Sunday off)

If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Squat, Pull ups and Leg raise. Why? I like everything that’s intense. Regarding training couldn’t be any different. These 3 exercises are pretty intense and trigger the whole body. They require the action of all muscular groups, so for me they are complete.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
H.I.I.T

What is your diet like?
I decided not to compete anymore so now my diet is not as strict as before, but I still take care of my nutrition making sure I eat with balance and healthily.
