How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I started bodybuilding in January 2013, I had an accident in the family I would like to forget, so I chose an iron sport which helps a lot.
How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?
My motivation is for myself, I am very self-critical, every day I work on myself mentally and physically I control the desire to be beautiful and healthy, I rule by fear, I am afraid to disappoint people.
What is your training routine like?
I train every day and every workout is different. Sometimes I train in the morning, sometimes at night, before and after training I do cardio, I train an average of 2.5 - 3 hours, I do not use heavy weights and after each workout I stretch.
What are your three favourite exercises?
I have studied ballet and I know all the exercises that help to always be in shape. My favorite exercises are:
- Glute Kickbacks
- Squats and Deadlifts
- Planks
What is your favourite form of cardio?
Favorite cardio: path and STEP
What is your diet like?
My diet is good nutrition, a lot of water and slow carbs, I eat oatmeal in the morning, cheese in the afternoon, after that vegetable soups, white fish, chicken breast, lettuce, grapefruit, green apples, yogurt, per serving no more than 200 grams, love sweet but I am avoiding it.
What supplements do you use?
I drink amino acids before competition, L-carnitine, fat burners, isolate melatonin.
What are the highlights of your fitness career?
I am a 2-time champion of the world federation WBPF, the absolute champion of Central Asia and Kazakhstan, multiple champion of the Federation Cup, the master of sports of the international category, master bodybuilding Asia, a personal fitness coach.
I have accomplished all this in just 3 years and I am now to open my own gym, and I also want to become a model.
