How did you get started with bodybuilding/fitness?
I was a gymnast and a cheerleader for over 15 years. Fitness and health became a lifestyle for me.
How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?
I love looking and feeling my best. I’m motivated by seeing people who enjoy health and fitness as much as I do. My fans.

What is your training routine like?
I work out 3-6 times a week. I do weight training with my trainer @BodybyJennLA, kickboxing, cycling, circuit training like Barry’s Bootcamp and pilates. A mixture of everything to keep me excited.
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Bicycle crunches because they are great for abs, squats because they are essential for my petite body, and cardio because it keeps me lean.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
Kickboxing and taking classes like CycleHouse and Barry’s Bootcamp. Classes spark my competitiveness.
What is your diet like?
I eat a lot of fish, chicken and veggies. I have most of my carbs in the morning like quinoa, oatmeal, and rice. I don’t limit myself on the weekends and I always have a cheat meal like pizza.

What supplements do you use?
I use multivitamin and pre workouts.
What has been your biggest accomplishment in the fitness industry?
Gracing covers of several different fitness magazines.
