How did you get started with bodybuilding?
For me bodybuilding started in the following steps. I had my first contact with iron when I was a teenager. At high school I started my first regular workouts. I have been doing it for years and one day when I was 25 years old I met an old school professional bodybuilding trainer. He saw the potential in my body. Then my bodybuilding journey started more seriously. A year after I had my debut on stage.
What keeps you motivated?
I think that my biggest motivation is the desire to be better and better. Also all my achievements.
What is your current workout routine?
My workouts are always intuitive. I train each muscle group every week but always with different exercises. I do not have a specific permanent exercise plan.
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Squats, bench press, pull ups. Why? I think that those are really the best basic mass building exercises for developing the legs, chest and back muscles.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
I generally do not like cardio workouts 🙂 but if I have to do then I would choose for the most effective one which in my opinion is walking on the treadmill.
What is your diet like?
In my prep season I have a balanced diet and my calories are low. Off season I do not really count my calories, I eat whatever I like.
What supplements do you use?
My daily supplements consist of whey isolate, amino acids, creatine, vitamins, fatty acids.
