How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I was a skinny kid and I always wanted to be bigger and stronger, so I went to a gym, and fell in love with this sport.
What keeps you motivated?
Bodybuilding, training, competing makes me happy. That’s my motivation.
What is your current workout routine?
I am doing the Dorian split. Chest-biceps, legs, rest day, shoulders-triceps, back-rear delts, rest day.
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Deadlift, squat, bench press. I love basic exercises. They are good for strength and size, and they are challenging too.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
A short walk to the gym 😀
What is your diet like?
Now I am preparing for the Arnold Classic Europe, so I am eating a lot of chicken breast, healthy fats, and a small amount of rice.
