How did you get started with bodybuilding?
When I was 31 I changed jobs. I had more free time. I always wanted to compete in bodybuilding. But at age 31, I was able to start doing it.
What keeps you motivated?
The desire to prove to everyone that I was worth something.
What is your current workout routine?
2 months before the competition, I start my diet. I do 2 cardio sessions a day 5 times a week with strength training.
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Smith machine squats, lat pulldowns, bench press with dumbbells.
Because they are the most powerful exercises to increase leg, back and shoulder muscles.

On diet I use a carbohydrate alternation scheme. Here it is: 150-100-50-50 grams per day.
