How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I wanted to be like Sampson in the Bible. I walked past a gym and saw a big man training when I was 14 years old so I joined the gym and started working out with the biggest guy in the gym.
What keeps you motivated?
I wanted to be a bodybuilder. I love feeling good and representing what bodybuilding should be. I love staying in shape and feeling good.
What is your current training philosophy?
Always show up! Put in work. The best workout is an injury-free workout. Make it a choice to make it your lifestyle.
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
Bench press for chest, pull ups for back and squats for legs – it’s a full body workout!
What is your favourite form of cardio?
Stepmill – or the gauntlet as I call it. You get more results for the time you spend doing this exercise.
What is your approach to nutrition?
Make it a lifestyle, eat clean and stay consistent. Eat to feel good, eat for results and eat to be healthy.

What supplements do you use?
BCAAs to feed the muscle and protein shakes for missed meals.
What is your favourite quote?

Who is your favourite bodybuilder?
Arnold is my favorite bodybuilder because he took the sport to a whole other level. He always stays consistent. He is still in the game and he is a long time friend of mine.
