How did you get started with bodybuilding?

Exercise is part of my lifestyle. I have always been very active and in pretty good condition. I have been in acrobatics since the age of 4 and got involved with bodybuilding at the age of 19.

How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?

I am passionate about staying fit and active and encouraging others to do the same. Exercise helps me feel alert, productive and it gives me energy to stay focused throughout the day. I have self motivation. I get motivated by the fact that my next workout will get stronger, harder & how far I can push myself.

It is a competition with myself and only myself!

What is your training routine like?

There is no such thing as a typical workout for me but I can suggest for those who will read this interview kinda like this.

  • Monday: Weight Training
  • Tuesday: Cardio
  • Wednesday: Weight Training
  • Thursday: Cardio
  • Friday: Weight Training
  • Saturday: Weight Training
  • Sunday: OFF

If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

This is hard to answer, I have hundreds of them! Hahaha… but first I would choose my favourite long deep squats because they increase fat burning metabolism & also train your leg muscles. Second choice would be classic push ups in plank position because you train your chest, arms and abs. Third choice would be pull ups because in order to lift your own weight you train your back, spine in addition to your biceps & triceps.

What is your favourite form of cardio?

I mostly do body weight stuff & plyometrics. If I want cardio, I just run.

What is your diet like?

I eat everything in moderation with particular indulgence to dark chocolate with bananas. I just can’t resist!

What supplements do you use if any?

None. My body is a combination of mostly healthy food, hard workout and very good genetics.

What is the highlight of your fitness career?

I haven’t reached the highlight point of my fitness career yet, because I am still evolving by learning new methods & techniques in the fitness industry so you can ask me the same question in a few years, and maybe I will have the answer you are looking for! Until then, keep exercising your body and have fun doing it! It is the best gift for yourself! The gift of health.
