How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I started with gymnastics, aerobics and fitness and I wanted to test myself in bodybuilding.

How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?

Two reasons drive me. Firstly, the fact that every year I obtain a better quality physique. Second reason is competing.

What is your training routine like?

During contest prep: Cardio every day for one hour. Training a different muscle group every day with high reps and many sets.

Off season: Cardio for ten minutes before weight-training, doing exercises only for maintaining my shape.

If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Lunges because they work the glutes, hamstrings and quadriceps.

Bench press for chest and military press for shoulders because in the body’s harmony these parts are the most attractive.

What is your favourite form of cardio?

The bicycle because it trains the cardiovascular system and defines the legs.

What is your diet like?

  • Breakfast: Eggs and Quakers.
  • Second Meal: 1 Scoop of protein and a green apple.
  • Lunch: 100 gr Rise with 150 gr chicken.
  • Afternoon: Few plums with almonds.
  • After Training: 1 Banana with a scoop of protein.
  • Dinner: 150 gr Chicken with broccoli salad.
