| The Essential Supplements - Part Four Last issue, I added essential fatty acids to the #3 position - coming in behind #1 protein and #2 glutamine. In the next issue, I'll go over a few supplements that while not entirely essential to everyone - came very close to making the list. However, right now it is time to finish off the Big 4 Essentials with the addition of Fiber! Even though it is a simple supplement, fiber is essential - especially on a high protein diet.
