How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I started with bodybuilding when I was 17 years old. I saw a magazine with Ronnie Coleman at the cover so I started to train, I saw my body change and I liked it a lot. I train since the age of 4 with martial arts and swimming.

What keeps you motivated?

Ronnie Coleman!!! I wish one day to be like him and bigger if I can of course, I will do my best!!!

What is your current workout routine?

I start my workout week with legs, back and biceps, chest/shoulders and triceps. Everyday I do 60 minutes cardio and every second day abs.

If you had to choose only 3 exercises what would they be?

I choose deadlifts, squats and dumbbell bench presses

My favorite cardio is the “stair master”

What is your diet like?

My diet when I’m off-season has about 7000-8000 calories and includes fruits, protein, carbs, green veggies and virgin olive oil. When I’m in preparation has about 3000-4000 calories with fat from olive oil, protein from eggs and chicken, carbs from rise and a banana before workout and green salads. 6-8 liters of water is necessary.

What supplements do you use?

From BMXX supplements I use everyday multivitamin, vitamin C, omega 3, fat burners, liquid carnitine, BCAA and ISOLATE protein.
