Contest Weight: At the last contest I was 200 lbs (91 kg), at the WBFF world championship in Toronto Canada I will be 207 lbs (94 kg).
Off-Season Weight: I don’t like off season or bulking I always try to be lean,
I’m now 216 lbs (98 kg) with 8% body fat.

How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I started the gym in 2008 after gaining inspiration from Nick Auger who I saw online. I thought I can do this and be a success so that’s how I started.

What keeps you motivated?

I’m motivated by my dedication and others around me that look to me for advice based on how I look – it keeps me going.

What is your current workout routine?

My workout routine just now is:

  • Monday – Back: 7 exercises, 4 sets
  • Tuesday – Chest: 7 exercises, 4 sets
  • Wednesday – Legs: 9 exercises, 4-5 sets
  • Thursday – Arms: 10 exercises, 4 sets
  • Friday – Back: 7 exercises, 4 sets
  • Saturday – Shoulders: 7 exercises, 4 sets

2 times a week abs/oblique training, 5 times a week Elliptical cardio after weight workout.

If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

If I had to choose only three exercises I would choose:

  1. Squat
  2. Push ups
  3. Upright barbell row

These three exercises keep the whole body working.

  • April 2010: Cyprus Fitness Model Champion (First Fitness Competition)
  • October 2010: Cyprus Fitness Model Champion
  • April 2011: Cyprus Fitness Model Champion
  • April 2011: Turkey Fitness Model Champion
  • May 2014: London WBFF Muscle Model (Didn’t make the top 10 because I’m large like a bodybuilder)
  • November 2015: London WBFF Muscle Model Champion

What is your favourite form of cardio?

Elliptical cardio workout

What is your diet like?

My diet is complicated for other athletes, I eat three times a day. Breakfast 10 egg whites, 2 yolks. 1/2 cup oats with skimmed milk, 300-350 grams of chicken and brown rice before workout. 300-350 grams of meat and brown rice after workout.

I also have supplements but my body is used to this. This may not necessarily work for other people.

What supplements do you use?

I use the following supplements: Iso Whey, Bcaa, Glutamine, Multi Vitamin, Amino Acids and Casein.
